16 Yr old boy found ways to degrade plastic

Plastics are durable and degrade very slowly. In some cases, burning plastic can release toxic fumes. Also, the manufacturing of plastics often creates large quantities of chemical pollutants.

16 yr old from Canada has found a way to degrade plastic within 3 months. Microbes like Sphingomonas bacteria and Pseudomonas help in degrading plastic with some chemical like sodium acetate.
