With the release of Yamaha R15 in India, the fight for “Best 150 cc bike” Title will change hands from Apache RTR to Yamaha R15. At least on papers, Yamaha R15 seems to be best in this category. Lets compare the five premium 150cc bikes in market.

From the above spec comparison Yamaha R15 seems to be the clear winner. Other two important factors which will decide its success in India are Price & Mileage. Price is  being reported as 80-85 thousand and Mileage is claimed to be around 40. Lets see how things work out.

What do you think? Will Yamaha ever succeed with R15 as it did in its RX-100 Glory days?
