TVS Apache RTR FI, Refresh and more …

TVS Apache RTR 160 is a well sculpted mean machine. Now, It has two new siblings are RTR 160 Refresh and more powerful RTR FI 160.

Lets see how these machines compare

Apache RTR 160 is the model which was released last year and now there is another Apache RTR 160 Refresh with same specs and features. The only difference between the Apache RTR 160 and Apache RTR 160 Refresh is aerodynamic airscoop which is fitted at each side in front of the tank.

Now lets come to Powerful sibling RTR FI 160. This one has the same engine but its fuel system not same old carburetor but Fuel Injection as found in Cars. This change has increased the max power output of the bike by .5 bhp @ 8500 rpm. It also comes with a newer digital speedo console with more data logging features.

By adding Fuel injection system into RTR, TVS has kept the title of most powerful 150 cc bike in India. (Yamaha R15 has not been considered here because of its price).

Hi!!! I am a boy of 17 years.I have bought tvs apache rtr160fi yesterday. It’s a amazing bike, it looks so pretty and sexy. But it is more weighter(141kg) than the older version of apache. My height is 5′6 “. So its difficult to me to drive the bike easily. Allthough it is a coooool and sexyyy bike.
