Bajaj has released a new 135cc Discover DTS-i which seems to be not just sticker work. They have moved the indicator lower by adding a tank spoiler which makes it looks like TVS Flame.

Engine which powers the new Discover seems to be same which was on the old Discover 135 (based on max power output and torque ratings).
