Mahindra Xylo releasing soon … Teasers started appearing

Mahindra Xylo is the Mahindra’s answer to Toyota Innova. It was internally called under codename Project Ingenio. A MUV (multi utility vehicle) which is built to put some huge dent in Innova’s sales numbers.
It is rumoured to be priced between Bolero and Scorpio and will have a price of 7-8 Lakhs. It will share the engine with Scorpio, most probably the MHawk engine will be used on topend model as it is with Scorpio.
It was co-developed with Italian design house. It is said that it has been extensively tested in India, South africa and Europe. WIth this launch, Mahindra will make its presence felt as Utility Vehicle manufacturer.
It seems Mahindra is going to release this car soon as teasers for the same have started appearing @ www.mahindraxylo.co.in.
